Hey guys - what's the best way to do this on Game Day? Should I just take a taxi? Or does the L go over there?

Taxi is easiest. Not sure which track side you are coming in but the taxi stand is right there and it's a 5 minute ride. Taking the bus there not a good idea. But coming back from the stadium just head down to the park/river and any bus there will take you back over to within walking distance of the train.

There are regular buses you can jump on to in front of the student center (pointing towards the train station) that will take you over to livingston. It will probably be on the weekend schedule, but just ask before you get on, it should get you near the RAC parking lot.

The Rutgers bus labeled "Weekend 1" stops at the train station bus stop, which is by where all the taxis are lined up - there's a big billboard behind in and once you walk out of the station past Barnes and noble, make a right and go past the church and its up there. It goes around Busch first and then to Livingston, takes 24 minutes. Weekend 1, NOT 2. Also, it only runs about every half hour-to an hour on the weekends. download the Rutgers app that says Rutgers on it and it has the live bus schedules. If one is not coming around when you arrive, just take the taxi it's like 10 minutes away with traffic.
