We may not get the big flashy hire but we will be in great shape with any of the names being discussed. Golden and Cristobal have head coaching experience and are excellent recruiters. Major plus over Flood. Ash, Warriner and the other coordinator options all dominated at big time programs and learning from the best. Plus over Flood. When Flood was hired RU had their hands tied and felt compelled to save the recruiting class. This hire will be an upgrade in every way possible regardless who we hire.
