After watching the BTN clip a gazillion times now I noticed their announcers saying Nebby should have fouled Baker. Was I hesring that right, and if so what were they thinking?

Rewatched the game when I got home. The announcers were talking about our bad foul shooting and if we get by our man they should foul us.
