Michigan may have supplanted Pen St as Rutgers most hated Football opponent. I think it could be a very ugly atmosphere at the RU- Michigan game this fall, especially it being a night,game. The media will,have built up the animosity between the programs and the fans will be very tuned up after an all day and night tailgating Marathon.

And now Rutgers fans hate a NJ HS as well:
