Has the green lot been expanded?

There were cars in the fenced-in lot to the rear of the soccer/lax practice fields. Is that now being used as part of the green lot?

I remember it being used for tents by Greek organizations at homecoming way back, but not since, and never for parking.

Are you talking about the fenced-in area immediately adjacent to the Bubble?

The back of this area is used for Media parking (unless they moved it this year), and the rest of this area is used for overflow Green parking.

they are letting people with regular green lot passes park in the fenced in area closer to the bubble....I believe that lot was not used for that purpose before...one of my friends arrived about an hour before kickoff and was put in that area.

I believe this is a change....I also thought it WAS for media, mostly

I believe he's referring to the lot between the back of the bubble and Yurcak complex, not the lot next to the bubble. That was always an extra practice field for lacrosse or soccer and never used for parking in the past. It was used for homecoming as an area for tents and events.

They may have moved Media parking there, to free up space next to the bubble for the green lot. I noticed the direction signs for Media Parking were different this year, running along Fitch Rd, past the fenced-in area next to the bubble. But I don't if media ultimately ended up entering at the back of the fenced-in area next to the bubble, or they moved media parking to the practice fields, or somewhere else.
