They are discussing les miles and they all agree his job should be safe. However herby said miles is being stubborn and has to change his offensive system. He said you can't just line up and run a good running back up the middle and expect to win without spreading it out a little or changing tempo. He cited saban, Patterson and others who realized they had to change and did so. He said the pro style in college can only be run by a handful of teams and even Alabama has had to change it to make it more open. But yet we continue to trot out the same boring stuff week after week against more talented teams.
