To remove Coach Flood
1 You let Hermann make the choice at the end of 2015.
2 You remove Hermann and let Brown and friends on the BOG get who they want. Bring back the dead (schinao) crowd will control. In order to remove Hermann at this point she would have to do something like Coach Flood just did, pretty stupid and grievous. Not going to happen. So Hermann will not shoot herself in the foot anytime soon. Which moves us to option #3
3) We wait till Barchi leaves late next spring or end of 2016? Not sure when he said, adios. But that said with new president, hopefully a BOG pick and not a political appointment. The new pres. comes in and drops the ax on Hermann, so the big boys BOG with Clout can pick the AD & coach they want to move us to the top 25 team. For this to happen in all logic as the way Rutgers moves, it would appear that Flood is coaching thru the 2016 season or we go back to option 1. I like option 3, it is the best in that Coach Flood has 1.5 years to get things back in order and it is the most logical long term plan for Rutgers not to wallow another 3-4 years in adjustment to new coaches with ineffective president and AD.
So we should bank on Coach Flood thru 2016, with it one being less expensive in the pocket book as well as on the field and be the smoothest transition for all phases of the sports departments
