Actually, nice to see Oskar step, we have a true freshman guarding Buie and he is wrecking the game.
17 points Boo first half, stinks .. it’s actually been good D by JMike, it’s Noah guarding him he goes under every screen and Booie is getting open 3s and hitting them. Oscar the savior is answering them a little now
Let's hope this was a one game thing and we get him back Sunday.
Hyatt threw off the rhythm of our offense at the start and for most of the game but hit 2 clutch 3s, grab a key offensive rebound and hit some clutch FTs minus the miss on the 1n1
Hyatt really didn't step up all game but he did step up end of game with an enormous 3 and a couple big offensive boards

Hyatt also saved a Cliff turnover late in the game under NW basket. Made several hustle plays, got rebounds too.
Totally disagree. Got a lot of 50/50 balls. 2 key offensive rebounds in a row down the stretch. Played solid D. Kept the ball moving. Great cuts to the basket to open driving lanes for Williams. Hit first 4 FT's. Solid all around game and we needed it with Mag out.

This is what's maddening about Hyatt, if he has a good 1st half, he has a garbage 2nd half and vice versa. He is never consistent and because of that you cannot count on him.

Everyone agrees Hyatt finished strong. We can't afford a 1st half like that on the road against Minnesota though if he starts again. We were lucky to overcome a flat 1st half today with NW missing essentially 2 starters. Can't be digging that kind of hole on the road in these massively important games

Big sequence early in the second half, Buie hit back to back 3s. He was all fired up, NW with all the momentum and an 11 point lead. Buie comes down again, Hyatt picked him up, stayed right with him, forced him into a tough 3 that he missed. Hyatt comes down the other way and buries a 3. 6 point swing, instead of 14 it’s down to 8. Huge sequence.
