I'm guessing 90% of those are swimming medals. I swear every time I turned around, the commentators were talking about a swimmer being from Cal or Stanford.
A little of everything. The PAC is pretty diversified in sports hence the reason it has far more NCAA championships than any other conference. Washington is usually strong in rowing and it has two medals in Brazil in that sport atm.I'm guessing 90% of those are swimming medals. I swear every time I turned around, the commentators were talking about a swimmer being from Cal or Stanford.
And many of the top swimmers from other countries also swim at US schools.I'm guessing 90% of those are swimming medals. I swear every time I turned around, the commentators were talking about a swimmer being from Cal or Stanford.
The B1G has Ohio St., MSU and all of a sudden Michigan again and the 11 dwarves.Does the Pac-12 think it is in the same league as the SEC or B1G in football or even the ACC and B1G in basketball?
Some schools put all the money into a few sports .. the SEC is one of them, and the PAC spreads the money around to many sports. Kind of like academics .. the SEC could give a sh1t less about academics.Hats off to the PAC-12. Good stuff.
Would like to see National Championship numbers for sports where at least 75% of major schools participate. No offense to water polo, and ski teams. To me, this is why the Director's Cup is flawed. How many schools have a water polo team. You get points for that.
[roll]If The PAC 12 were a country there would be no TV's because NOBODY carries your G$D damn network. Lol
Never. Horrible academics and not many TV sets. If the PAC adds any more members it will most likely be from the Big 12.Looking at that map, I think the PAC12 should add UNLV and Boise State.
