It’s tough to win on the road in the Big Ten because the league refuses to do anything about the enormous home court bias of the officiating, thinking of it as some endearing quirk rather than a detriment to the integrity of the game. Writer knows his stuff from the standpoint that he is right - Rutgers does not get the courtesy of a homecourt advantage with the whistles.
