Is Allen any good at WR?

I can't seem to find any stats on him at TCU. I know he came to RU to play QB, but he's gotta face facts...if he wants playing time, it's not at QB. How it's possible, I don't know, but he's worse than Laviano. I can't imagine him transferring out for his last year of eligibility, so it's either that or ride the bench for the last year-and-a-half.

Not really fair to say he is "better or worse" than anyone else given the limited sample where the QB was running for his life against Michigan. He broke a nice run and first down, but unfortunately he fumbled. Agree, however, that one or more QBs should consider position changes to WR or TE.

I don't know about you, but 1-12 for passing and negative net rushing yards is not good. His best rushing attempt he fumbles the ball. This kid has another year of eligibility after this. He needs to contribute somehow.

7 of his missed passes were throw-aways because he was running for his life. Judging his ability based upon playing against the Michigan defense isn't fair.

I was okay with DM playing Allen because the situation was hopeless and I didn't want Oden getting out there where he can be hurt. But Allen also got a little playing time during another game (too lazy to look up which) and he didn't look any better. Yes pass protection is horrific, but if we can determine that CL is horrible, we can do the same for ZA.
