Pretty sure it is not a reflection. I could be wrong. Don’t know why I find it so distracting, but guess I am the only one.

yes. in several spots. Wasn't like that when I stopped by the RAC earlier this year to pickup stuff and they were just putting down the new finish. But by first or 2nd home game there were a few areas that were discolored. Assume the messed something up.

closer to Ru bench..foul line extended towards bench. Smaller spot closer to half court I think.

Yes, I noticed it as well. An area approximately 4x4 feet is a lighter shade of pale.

There are several discolored spots of various sizes on both sides of the court. When I attended the open practice in October I noticed several dead-type spots on the floor where the floor would "give" when someone ran over it or bounced the ball and thought "this can't be good." My assumption is that these discolored spots are last minute repair/patch jobs for these spots. In any event, the floor looks pretty crappy in person, not sure if it shows up much on TV.

I don't think it is as apparent unless you sit on Ru side behind the bench up to center court.

I sit in section 115 and I'm pretty sure its not a reflection. Doesn't seem to be a functional issue so no big deal. I wouldn't go nuts trying to fix it this season but they should make sure it doesn't happen again.

They check the floorboards individually for tensile strength during the off season. A few sections were found to not be up to snuff, so they were replaced...hence the minor discoloration.

I believe the plan is to have the floor complete replaced next season, so it won't matter for long hopefully!
