I was going to ask…that has to be an interesting sales pitch…selling a program with no coach…
More than likly selling how the program is a great fit for the recruit and implying the HC they will hire will have a system that will maximizes their talent.

I get what you’re sayin…still an awful lot of faith in a still coachless program. I’m mean, theoretically, and albeit HIGHLY unlikely, it could be Dawn Staley…or the seton hall dude no one seems to want! 😉

Dawn Stanly won't be coming, but has an assistant that might now be worthy of another shot at being a HC.
But don't think Hobbs will take that gamble, because of a losing HC record (69-93 – 5 seasons), and Law's ties to RU won't make a difference along with her time at Tennessee under Holly Warlick ( 2012-2017) and then assisting under Staley for the last 5 years
I don't have faith in any coachless program's ability to bring in talent, most want to know whose running the show and not guess that someone hired after they commit will have a game plan that fits the type of game they play.
I just feel recruiters will be telling recruits not to worry, the people we are looking at play the game your way.

Rutgers is behind the 8 ball now and until a HC is hired will lose any recruiting edge they might feel they have with the talent they try to bring in .

Let’s hope the search process was underway awhile ago and not just starting. I don’t believe any top recruits will commit without knowing who is head coach.
