I was at Rutgers Camden. I had lived in Collingswood for three years. It was a slip and fall case. During voir dire I was asked what I did for a living. I told them I was a third year law student at Rutgers and I clerked for a plaintiff's personal injury firm in Philadelphia. I thought for sure the defense attorney would excuse me but he didn't appear to be paying attention and I ended up serving for a two day trial.
