Can a walk on receive NIL, and not count towards the scholarship count? For example, Jeremiah is sitting this year because of his injury and/or not getting a waiver. Why should that count towards the 13 scholarships? Someone gives him NIL and he pays his tutiion with some of the money; freeing up a spot for someone else.
It's a loophole but I wonder if it's going on elswewhere; considering there's no limits on walk ons.
