I love Free, and hope his game progresses this year, especially in the low post. If he can develop a 12-foot jumper, he'll do some baseline posterizing.

The scouting report was clear...lay off Freeman because he can't make that shot.....he must develop it...must !! If he can he may just be a 14 and 7 guy.

The way our team shot I found myself doing the same sadly lol. We can't shoot worse than we did last season though which is why I think we don't see a step back this year

That was actually a perfect play. There was still 3seconds on the clock so Gettys' had enough time to rebound and go back or tip it in on a miss. Freeman was fouled and very intense after he threw the ball up in the air with no smile for a good 20 seconds or so -but then was all smiles when he got to the bench. (I was right behind the bench). Awesome game!
