I've certainly been critical of Greg when I felt it was warranted, and likewise congratulatory when I felt he deserved it
Credit to him and the staff - bye week, they prepared, rested up, game planned and took it to both Minny and the Terps

This is the type of football I expect us to play every week
Tough, smart, opportunistic, execution filled and passionate are a few of the adjectives I'd use to describe the last two weeks
If we play this way against Illinois and Sparty, we'll likely win both, and at worst, split

Again, credit to Greg and Co. - they've rebounded and played true Rutgers football the 2 weeks (playing up to our potential) has been a welcome treat

Agreed this is the most complete game called all year, specifically on offense. Kirk outside of 2 possessions called a fantastic game. He was agressive when needed and played with pace when there was an advantage. He finally attacked the opponent where they were most vulnerable, short to intermediate routes over the middle and deep go routes/outs. Young wide receivers were able to use their height and aggressively attack the ball.

Defense played a fantastic game. Gave up yards in between the 30’s but locked down when they needed a stop.

Call me crazy but I think we should’ve been using the “hurry up” offense (in spots) all season. Where has it been, it pays obvious dividends keeping the D on its heels.

Don’t need to hurry up but also don’t need to allow the defense to substitute. One thing that bothers me tremendously is offense waiting for the defense to shift and get set before snapping the ball. Can’t tell you how many times a game I see many teams allowing a complete shift on defense. Snap the damn ball while the other team is in disarray.

Best game in a while
You don’t have to say we were lucky, the other team gave it to us

We went out there and took it

Staff has done a great job overall. It looked ugly there for 3 games but I'm happy with the overall coaching. It really comes down to the players making plays so let's not give all the credit to the staff. If I was giving out games balls the last 2 weeks I would have a very tough job to do. Great contributions and players who are almost healthy are giving their all and making plays. That's Football.

The red zone efficiency, amongst all the positives, was the biggest key to yestrrdsys win

That said I'd Love to watch a game where the other team does not even get a sniff of a late score with remote shot at an on side kick. Happy that that is my main complaint

Tempo is a good equalizer. I’ve always thought it should be used more.

They've used it in several situations before. Has been like 90% positive when doing so.
