Langford Declares for NBA

Hope he leaves. Kid is great at drawing fouls, could be a huge thorn in the side with some more seasoning. Realistically, he’s not ready for the NBA though.

Apparently he's having surgery to fix a torn thumb ligament that he'd been playing with since November.

Not really a fair comparison, because it is not like Romeo scholarship will be open the next three years.
true, what i meant is that unless that scholly is going to a 5*, i would hope a year of seasoning on harper is better than whatever output that open scholly gets

Langford shot 27.2% from 3-pt range this year. Sure, he's a great athlete who knows how to get to the tin, but geezus, he's not going to do much in the NBA shooting like that.

Isn't he basically a taller version of Corey Sanders?

He had a torn ligament in his thumb all year.

He disappointed this year but he’s better than a taller version of Sanders. Langford has a left hand and, although numbers don’t lie, he is and will be a better shooter than Sanders. Langford can also spot up and shoot and come off screens and shoot. Sanders had to shoot off the dribble.
