Shawn caught up with RU commit Patrice Rene last night, who verified that he is still committed to Rutgers. One thing of note is that Rene's final recruiter at Ohio State was Chris Ash. He was not initially involved with Rene as heavily but took over as his main recruiter towards the latter stages of his recruitment. Rene said that if RU hired Ash it would definitely mean something. As of now, he is visiting BC this weekend and just picked up a Cal offer. He may visit there and will most likely visit UNC. Here is Shawn's latest with Rene.
