I know everything is minor.....the point is questionable stuff can happen everywhere but our fans our very quick to pile on other programs....I think some of you totally miss my point

I'm agreeing with you entirely too much lately.

Things like this is why I never relish other program's issues.

Here's my take and it's all speculation, Laviano was told Rettig would get the start and from that point on needed to be talked down off the Ledge. Being the good guy that he is Carroo and the others take him out to build him back up, but time got away and thus the curfew was bipassed

Agreed. If these guys broke curfew they screwed up and Laviano wanted to be the starting QB. He and Caroo certainly set a very poor example. After coaching high school for 40 years I think he should lose his captain position. You must be smarter than what these 5 guys did. A team is a team!!!

What if Laviano was so upset that Rettig got the starting job that he talked about leaving the program and Rutgers with RS freshmen Gio and true freshmen Dare as backups. Then CAPTAIN CAROO stays with him, talks to him and gets him to stay.....is that CAPTAIN worthy ?
