It'll be interesting how the metrics grapple with this. In 2021-22 we entered the game against No. 17 (KP) MSU at 104 and a 21-point win got us to 88. A similar 16-point boost would get us inside of 80, which would be HUGE

With this type of play can we win anywhere including @ Purdue.... Yes
We lost to Purdue 68-60 without JWill or Ogbole at home, we won there in 19-20, we won vs Purdue without RHJ 20-21, we won there 22-23 as a #1 team. We matchup well with that team like we do vs Wisconsin.

You see Northwestern as a lock? Granted I think they're top-25 caliber, but that Chicago St. loss is really icky and they have road issues as well (2-5 in true road games with wins over DePaul and Penn St.) I kind of see it as, to get on the bubble, 7-2 with Purdue/Wisco and Nebraska/NW. Otherwise 8-1.
No one knows the future but it's a pleasure to see the naysayers who jump to conclusions be wrong.

Not assuming a defeat at Purdue. Pike has had success against them, we were a good matchup and played them close without JWill and Ogbole. Tall order but not impossible.

Rutgers always matches up well with Indiana, Wisconsin, and Purdue. Matches up poorly with Iowa and typically Michigan pre Slappy.
+10 to 85 on KenPom FWIW. Can probably expect a similar bump in the NET
