I was not saying her age alone would be a factor but that the combination of her age, health (exhaustion issue), and her two LOAs would give recruits pause.
in my lengthily reply to you , you might have missed me saying this: " makes me think of the another reasons you pointed out that might have HS talent think twice about committing to play for a Stringer lead RU WBB program."
Then I talked about them

I have been living with similar responsibilities at home for the past 18 years, so I understand what you’re saying better than most. She still has more than adequate opportunity to show she cares about RU. I don’t think I am being unfair.
But I’m guessing you are not making $1 million plus a year. Also assuming you are not self employed, you could not go to your boss and say” I have some issues at home, so I won’t be coming to work for the 18 months , but I expect to continue to receive my full pay and benefits “. Not many of us expect to receive that type of treatment.
Please Mr Hobbs bring this to a conclusion before we have no program.

Why is this train wreck also not partly on C Viv, who assembled a less than competent staff and has put the whole team in a state of flux? Fully appreciate all she has done at Rutgers and she has been a positive throughout, but at this point she is beginning to tarnish an extremely strong legacy as she will be unable to rebuild this train wreck.
Nadine Domond is very competent and highly sought after coach, she should have been inserted into the Acting Head Coach position.

Interesting. I am guessing who took the acting position was a CVS call. Maybe she felt she owed Tim something. Doesn't matter now. This train wreck needs to be addressed this offseason.
