But it's all relative. The players and facilities that Schiano got were the best we had seen, and got RU on par with BC, Syracuse and Temple, but now you're up against blue bloods every week.....programs with a 50-100-year head start.

It really is Schiano year one all over again. I never even realized that until now. All you can really do is encourage a culture change and encourage recruiting efforts.
