5 star kids aren't coming here because they will take the NIL money and I don't blame them. But there are plenty of talented kids that aren't getting those paychecks. We are doing great with that group. Schiano has the historical evidence that you will be treated like a person and not like a commodity. I'm not sure there are a lot of coaches out there that can show the same evidence.

I think a reason that the boss teams are still showing weak recruiting results (to date) is that the top recruits are still jostling for NIL. Kids play teams off each other worse than pros do now
