The team showed up, the coaches showed up, and we competed.

We got beat. Some horrible calls/no calls (eg clipping on Peppers td run), some ill thrown passes and too much caution early by CL, and a couple of breaks that didn't go our way meant that the 4 and 5 star players unleashed by UM beat our game team and young secondary.

We are not good enough to win at this level without our best defensive OR offensive players on the field, especially given our depleted defensive backfield.

But we had a solid game plan, we adjusted and we fought. I didn't see that so clearly @ Wisky but I saw it today. We will be competitive with a chance next week and two more victories to close out. 5-7 or 6-6 is not great, but not awful for this year either.
