Maryland is heads and shoulders better than OSU right now. Watched Maryland today. They are elite. Might even be better than last year from a talent level.

It's Maryland and everyone else in the B1G. RU could be anywhere from 2nd in the B1G to 4th in the B1G. Did PSU close out Penn today?
I watched the Maryland game today as well and wasn’t that impressed. Their D middies were horrible and they don’t depth either. MD stalled the entire 4th quarter and were lucky ND can’t score quickly as that’s not their MO. Maryland’s goalie did play very well and was impressed by him. ND’s starting goalie was putrid today and the reason they lost.

It was a great win. It took us 8 hours to get there. On a bus. We've never played there. To have that against you and still grind one out against an Ivy League team is big time. Very mature win.
Business trip.
Their goalie was incredible. We haven't hit our stride shooting yet, but today that kid was amazing. He had 20 saves on 30 shots on goal. That is an incredible stat. I saw very few bad shots, and a number of them were in close. The kid just had a game. And we still won.
There are no style points in D1 lacrosse anymore. It's too hard to win against anyone now. It's all about the result.
I was delightfully surprised to see the 10-8 win today. Considering what the weather was like yesterday and knowing it was going to be a pain to get there, you had to figure the team could have went in there exhausted from the trip. Much needed win. I’ll take it
Hater. Maryland looked good in every aspect of the game today. You don't rattle off 11 straight wins, including 7 over ranked teams, by not being impressive.
They beat them. OSU looks very pedestrian. They just got beat by Marquette and were very lucky to have beaten Jacksonville on a Hail Mary goal. Taking RU out of the equation, rhe way it looks right now:

I wouldn't say so. Ohio St. lost a lot of what got them to the championship game. They have some good players, but that is no where close to the same team it was last year. I wasn't sure why people were so high on them. Benefit of the doubt I guess.
They definitely don't pass the eye test. Lacrosse is just so crazy now. Marquette beats top 10 OSU, then immediately loses to Bellarmine who has lost to Detroit Mercy and Manhattan, two of the lowest ranked teams in all of D1.
We have a tough stretch coming up. Princeton will be yet another test. They have two studs in middie Sims and maybe the most dynamic attackman in all of college in Sowers. Watched their game with Hopkins. Princeton's faceoffs are a mess. If we can do well there, we will be ok. Their D didn't look super organized and gave up a bunch of open looks. Trying to contain Sims and Sowers will be a challenge.
