There are only six B1G games this weekend. One is a Friday nighter - Iowa @ UCLA. Another is locked into 7:00 PM on BTN - Maryland @ Oregon. There is no prime time NBC game this week, they've got Notre Dame in prime time.
So, that leaves four games:
Washington @ Penn State
Purdue @ Ohio State
Michigan @ Indiana
Minnesota @ Rutgers
One will be the Fox Big Noon game. Another will be the CBS 3:30 game. Another could be a 12:00 NBC game, likely a Peacock exclusive. That leaves one 3:30 BTN game. My guess is that it's Minnesota-Rutgers.
The 4 slots for Saturday are:
12 NBC
330 Peacock
330 CBS
8 FOX
All other games have been slotted. BTN will only have the one game that they already announced.
As part of the deal B1G games between two conference members can't air on Fox NBC CBS at the same time so B1G will get the 8pm Fox slot due to NBC airing Notre Dame in primetime on Saturday.
Washington at PSU will be 330 or 8. The other 3 games will be in one of the other slots.

NBC, that's pretty cool, if we right the ship and get the W. Need to have some post bye week magic in a revenge game for AK.
I know, but massive sections of the population are eliminated from making games with all these Noon starts. Is this our third or fourth home Noon game this season?
If the game was at 3:30 or at night there would be different excuses. The problem is one winning season in the past decade and an abysmal Big Ten record. Gotta win more to fill the seats.
Local, yes winning would fill our stadium of only 52,000 in a state with nine million people. But again, Noon games don’t allow many a chance to get to the game, regardless of our record. Kids at Noon on Saturdays in the Fall are still at practice/games for Pop Warner, Fall baseball, lacrosse, soccer, karate, etc.
Maybe we should drop down to FCS and start every home game whenever we want? Not a rhetorical question - should we?
We (along with our now-17 business partners) made a deal with the devil. Or maybe it was with the angels. I don't know, you tell me. But we made a deal. And I sure as fvck didn't hear anybody bitchin' about it at the time.
I wonder if a Rutgers v Purdue game would be on TV at all or would the networks have mercy and not broadcast such hideous offense both ways. Such programming might be deemed comedy or horror genre and not sports.
And plenty of the RU fans will watch the game from their living rooms.
The best thing about noon games this time of year is that both before and after tailgates will have sunshine.

Starting with the Friday night thing and the additional members from the west coast.
Did I like the idea of a truly national conference when we were thought to be stuck in the AAC? Sure as that was the best we could do.
But for the B1G? Nah.
Their fans showed up on time and their defense still got dominated in the running game. It's more important that the coaches show up when the game starts.
See. Full stadium early and they still lost! Early attendance is severely overrated by many on here!
