I have given him the benefit of the doubt with all that has happened this year, but the handwriting is on the wall. I bought into the notion we don't have the money to bring in someone better, but I would rather take a chance on a young up and coming coach who will not handcuff themselves not to make changes with players who are not getting it done. No imagination and creativity with both sides of the ball. Special teams outside of our return game are terrible. The excuse that the off the field issues caused all of this has worn out. Even a blind man can see that the coaching is not very good and doesn't look like it will change moving forward.
