Does Suriano come back with the new availability to capitalize on Name , Image and Likeness at NCA level?

It's funny, cause I literally just thought this and came on here to discuss. If he didn't come back, I think it would be a huge missed opportunity for him to be honest. It would transcend to MMA spomsorship well if so.
