While on campus for the spring game (wasn't on original list of visitors) Rutgers has offered Archbishop Wood PA WR Mark Webb, I'm a huge fan of this guy, he is the main target of 2016 QB offer Anthony Russo. He will be one of the top WR's on the East Coast for his class.
I'm told that Russo had a conflict tonight and will be unable to make the game but he was on campus Sunday after the Rivals Camp.
