Sorry the Block R will not be changed and shouldn't.
I said that I wanted the uniforms pictured but with a block R...
No prob. Those unis I posted with block R on helmet and pants instead of knights head and I'm good.
Kind of like the battle chrome. I love the idea of going back to traditional we lost our identity making all those unnecessary changes in the first place

I'm skeptical if this will be a complete overhaul because if so, why weren't the chrome battle scar helmets sold at the spring apparel sale?

I like the sword blade in white down the center of the helmet. That should 100% stay as it's unique to us.

There is a black uniform as well as black helmet. Unfortunately I just heard that they will not be revealed tonight.
They should reveal the black uniforms on the field when we take on UMich under the lights
Those were generic cheese. What Nike gives you when you are happy to just have the swoosh on the uni. High school gear.
I hope they change everything and go back to the Chanticleer's. Nothing screams school spirit more than a fighting cock.
I wonder if these will be similar to the all blacks the lax team wore Saturday. Including the black helmet - white block R combo.
I'm excited to see the new uniforms. Just another new thing to generate more buzz around the program. Good stuff!

I would say they'd rather have it separately as to not overshadow the other sports being honored tonight. Plus you would think Rutgers would announce something by now.
