Fair point, but not sure I agree. There is already plenty of collaboration between RU and Princeton and would expect that to continue as part of this.

Something like this could help revitalize Trenton which is in dire need of an economic boost. Also, lots of corporates in the Princeton area. Think the goal is to revitalize the whole Rt. 1 corridor. Newark has gotten plenty. NB has gotten plenty. Trenton, not so much.
