Hmm.. I'd say NO... but we can say ND did not beat us in that bowl game. And the bowl game's website and records should indicate the game results were vacated.

Unfortunately no. They don't get credit for a win but the opponents still carry the loss. Who cares if this is a so called penalty. Only hurts the offender. Doesn't count as a forfeit to the victims

I am not going to defend Anyone at ND for a second, but UNC needs to have consequences for what it did for years and years.

I have to disagree..... winningest college program status for ND is now gone. Kelly's career record is not as impressive.
