These 2 programs are so identical right now. Off the field crap, inept coaching, no pass rush, finding new ways to lose pretty uncanny when you think about it. Both need serious changes. At least the Giants were supposed to be bad this season and this contributes to a whole new mgmt team happening and better draft pick to continue the rebuild.
