for a better coach to bring in his backup QB before he brought in his. Grow a pair!

I am beginning to truly question the lack of intelligence in Flood.

I have never seen in my 38 years of life a coach who sticks with a starter after FIVE interceptions (Nova) or gettng his f'ing a$$ kicked (name any game in the AAC, last year B1G or this season).

I just have never seen it. Just to save face to the public you put your backup in an show you are "coaching."

WTF is wrong with this guy?

Flood only brings in Hayden when the chances for him to look good are mighty slim.
Michigan will be keying on the passing game now that they are so far ahead of Rutgers and that hurts Rettig's ability to show how good he is.
RU doesn't have the personal to help Hayden and Flood's coaching just makes it worse .

Beginning to? Shite, I've been questioning his intelligence for years.

I will post my slogan again in the hope it gets traction:

Rutgers Football: Where no amount of excellence can get a RB more carries, and no amount of failure can get a QB less snaps!
