Ohio St is a very winnable game. These guys are starting to learn how to win and finish games. Could be .500 in conference play if they were more consistent for all 40 minutes

If paybacks are a bitch then we should make OSU and Michigan bleed and hurt bad for the bitch slaps they laid on us in the fall.

Your analysis rings true for OSU as well. Fairly talented roster, they just can't seem to put it together consistently for some reason. Thad seems to be losing his touch a bit. They've beaten Michigan State and held their own against Maryland and Purdue. I don't think RU has the bodies to take this one on the road.

I don't know if we can say our team is learning how to win. They flat out collapsed in the last few minutes against PSU, just like they did against Wisky. The only difference is that Wisky is ten times better than PSU.

That said, I agree that OSU is a "winnable" game, but it's on the road against a traditional power team, so unless we can shoot from three like we did against PSU, it's a very tall task to win.

I don't see us taking this one. They are better than their record and like us, they will be well rested with plenty of time to prepare.

If we did find a way to take this one, it wouldn't be crazy to start to think of a .500 record for the season which would be something that I wouldn't have believed in a million year. But I'm honestly thinking that other than the home games against Michigan and Illinois, its going to be really hard to find one more win on the remaining schedule.

We should be in this game. We will need our bigs to step up defensively down low and we will need every foul from Doorson and Diallo.

We were up 13 on PSU on the road.
Up 9 on Iowa on the road.
Up 9 on Wisconsin in a road game given the crowd.
Up 5 on Maryland on the road.
Up 9 on Seton Hall on the road.

All these were in the second half too. I also think these teams are all better than OSU. I fully expect us to be in it, and if the coaches can teach these guys how to finish games, they learn how to finish from their wins, and we PRACTICE AND NAIL OUR FTs, I don't see why we can't win.
