Ohio State Knocked Out of WNIT

Nah ... only beat RU by 20 at RU and 10-8 in B1G
They were mediocre. They had a couple dreadful losses, otherwise they mostly beat whom you would expect and lost to whom you would expect if you were to know their final record.

Ending the season under .500, which they did with this last loss, would also qualify as "not particularly good" in my mind.

Facts don't matter.Reality check Maryland and Iowa only B1G teams ranked in top 25.The rest of league mired in parity/mediocrity.

Which ranking system? Curious as to how you define parity/medicrity (sic). Let us look at a five-label, bell-shaped distribution:

Top 25 => Very Good with handful of Elite teams at top
Next 75 (26-100) => Good (Above Average)
Next 150 (101-250) => Mediocre (Average)
Next 75 (251-325) => Poor (Below Average)
Bottom 26 (326-351) => Very Poor

I would say that about half of the B1G teams are Good or Very Good.

True. That was a game RU should have won, not gotten blown out of, and losing it is reflected in RU's seeding. As for 10-8, 6 of those wins were against teams with sub-100 RPIs (and 11 of the OSU's wins overall were against sub-100 teams).
