I believe it's doubtful he will return for Indiana, but I could see him receiving some minutes vs. Minnesota.
He has to wear that cast for six weeks. I don't expect him back until mid-February.
there is no reason to rush him...have to make sure its healed...you dont want to play around with this injury. I dont expect him back til Feb but I will assume any quicker progress will be kept under wraps to not tip off opponents

One time I completely disagree with this type of quote. Normally I would agree, but if I could ever think of a time to rush someone back this would be it. Non shooting hand. I would roll the dice if it is close.
Agree. The thumb will not be completely painfree until after the season is over. As soon as Geo feels he can play through the discomfort and the doctors believe there is no risk of serious injury in the future, we will see him on the court.
