Do Portal entries Youngblood & Alaimo have to sit out a year since they are transferring for the second time?

No they are grad transfers
When the NCAA enacted the 1 time transfer rule in 2021, it applied to grad transfers too. So technically a grad transfer doesn't qualify for immediate eligibility now if he's previously transferred as an undergrad... He would need a waiver to play immediately, but waivers probably aren't too hard to get.

Prior to the 1 time transfer rule going into effect, graduate transfers had immediate eligibility, which is why Noah Vedral could play for RU without sitting a year.

Not for nothing, but imagine the hurting losing these two is gonna put on RU's passing game.
Let's hope GS can find at least one competent wr and also a tight end or our passing game is likely to struggle. 😄

There’s a lot of exceptions to the rule. If you’re a grad transfer then you’re free to go wherever you want no matter how many times you transferred previously or if you transfer closer to home, you’ll more than likely get a waiver.
