To me, the biggest thing about Coach Ash is that he comes across as very credible. He isn't talking about fantasy stuff...you believe what he says. Bringing in the right people, operating the right way, getting better each day. All that stuff seems very credible coming from him and I can see how it would play well with recruits vs. Flood talking about winning national championships and things like that when everyone realizes we aren't built for that yet.
