For all of you wrestling fans Saturday October 16 at 10:30 is an open practice for the RU wrestling team so you can have a sneak preview of what the kids look like and how the coaches train the guys. Come on down to the RAC as the team would love to see you in the stands. Practice will end at noon.

Same here. We have multiple soccer games tomorrow so there no chance I could make it. Let's make sure to get some practice reports!
Hard to tell much from practice, but it did appear to me that Turley was favoring his left shoulder at onne point. Anyone else notice that?
Oh, no. Is there a problem? Anyone else nursing injuries? Any update on Raimo?
Conner spent most of the practice on the stationary bike not wrestling.
He’s training for the Tour de France
He looked fine. No problems that were evident. I'd love to see him out their, I followed his High School career after he committed and was impressed.
