I'm sure the Sandy Hook Elementary school massacre of 20 young children had a profound effect on Geno since it happened not that far from UConn. We need more influential people speaking up until the madness ends. As someone so eloquently pointed out, the Tylenol episode led to tamper-proof packaging the threat of a shoe bomber meant every single traveler has to remove their shoes, but mass shootings are met with "thoughts and prayers." Time to end the undue influence of the NRA on our lives and STOP the MADNESS of assault weapons in the hands of maniacs.
