if you do not like turkey, its likely because someone kept overcooking it. My grandmother did used to be make the turkey dry and when my sister took over thanksgiving like 30 years ago, she learned quick on how to make it juicy and moist..

I don't hate turkey, I just don't find it as flavorful as every other meat - my mom's turkey was juicy and I always ate some, especially one of the drumsticks. Hope you and everyone else had a nice holiday.

I feel like I will be ostracized but I cannot stand the mere appearance of stuffing. And I like bread. Biscuits on Thanksgiving make me happy. Only day of the year. Stuffing is repulsive !

This I don't understand, especially if you like bread, unless there's one particular ingredient in the stuffing you hate, like onions. Like I would retch at stuffing if someone put beans in it.
