A friend gave me tickets to one of the preseason Giants games. My friend doesn't have a parking pass. Does anyone have information about Giants parking. I see on Stubhub Blue lot (general parking) passes are as low as the $20 range.

What do the Giants charge for those who drive up for general parking?
Is the blue lot any different from a drive up day of game lot?
Do the Giants even have a drive up lot on site or would you be required to park off site?
Does the $20 stubhub parking pass make sense?

On this link it appears there may not be drive up general parking:

season ticket holder here - you definitely want a blue general admission parking pass or stubhub printout for the same lot. if you drive up on game day you will be charged the same but be forced to park in a far away lot without tailgating and will be bussed to the stadium. go with the $20 pass or wait for one to get cheaper on stubhub. the face value on the parking is $30.

If you look around the neighborhoods behind the race track, SOME of the streets allow on street parking. I have parked there from time to time ,but be careful to look around for no parking signs. Not a very long walk to the stadium.

Thanks

I will look to buy one of the passes.

Thanks to those who responded. I got a pass for $14 from Stub Hub. Face says $30, It looks like a regular ticket but says parking so hopefully it will work.

I don't think the same rules apply for pre-season games as they do for regular season games. I went to a pre-season game last year and was able top pay for parking at the gate. I was not sent to a remote lot.
That said, a pass on stub hub might actually be cheaper than paying at the gate.
