Considering I haven't applied to college in 17 years at this point, how hard is it to get into RU these days?
I have a family member who's a junior in high school who wants to go to RU. Ideally he wants to major in finance at Rutgers business school.
He's has a 1230 SAT, 3.6 GPA, also a 3-sport athlete who will be captain of both his football and baseball team senior year. Can probably play FCS ball but really wants to focus on business school and internships in the summer while in college. He is also a member of FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America) and involved in business related clubs within his high school. Do athletic and club related things even matter when applying to college any more?
