OT: Let's sell out the RAC Sunday!

Just wanted to remind everyone about the men's basketball game this Sunday @ 2:30. Looks like almost all the 300 level seats are open. They're 11-3 and the most competitive team we've had in years.

This would be a great game to sell out!

1. A big rival (Penn st)
2. Most winnable conference game
3. No one is working

What are the chances that the student section is going t be packed? I just can't see to many students coming back to campus during break on New Years Day.

there will be 60 students there but since they are putting people in those seats for $20 it will be full, however generally when they put adults they sit there and dont cheer

Actually the 300-level, when packed, is insanely loud. Put 300 Seton Hall fans up there and it sounds like 2000. The noise echoes off the ceiling and cascades down into the arena.

So have I--Nor did I ever say season ticket holders were a problem so I'm not sure where you're getting that.

I simply posted to the football board to make people that may not follow the basketball program aware of the game. Not sure why youd respond to that with negativity.

there was nothing jerky about it..the game will not sell out and probably not 3/4 full, its only a 8K seat arena. We have tons of football fans on this board who will not go to the game but will post about nfl games all day

It was jerky as it was simply uncalled for IMHO, but shit happens. We all post "jerky" stuff. Not the end of the world but not "sensitive" either.

No way. I was there once and I am still in pain. It is the most uncomfortable place to watch a game. Climbing the steps was harder than the steps at Chichen Itza near Cancun and my back is still hurting after all these years. It is hard to imagine that NJ Nets played games there for a year.
