For New Year's Eve I am making 3 kinds of Meatballs
Swedish
Sweet and Sour
Italian

I have have never made Swedish Meatballs or made the Sauce for the sweet and Sour Meatballs. Any advice at all would be very appreciated. Thanks in advance.
Happy New Year

If you are just looking to make a variety of meatballs, a suggestion is a can of cranberry sauce mixed with a bottle of Heinz Chili Sauce (like ketchup only sweeter). Makes a great tangy meatball. Bake the meatballs about 1/2 done, drain the fat, and toss in the sauce and finish cooking. Super easy.

my friend's wife made Buffalo Meat Balls for us once. It was awesome.

I serve Swedish meatballs every Christmas Eve. We used to go with an old family Daish recipe, they were good but way too much work amongst everything else that required attention. So for the past 7 or 8 years it has been IKEA meatballs. Easy and good as long as you have lingonberry sauce/jam. Enjoy.

Had some swedish meatballs made from bear meat about a week and a half ago & they were goooood !

Use meatloaf mix for the meat, and use sliced white bread (but not Wonder bread) instead of bread crumbs.

Every Swedish meatball recipe I've seen has too many obscure ingredients so I've shyed away from making them. Italian meatballs: ground beef, bread crumbs, one egg, garlic, onion, parsley, and grated cheese. Simple.

there is a swedish meatball mix you can find in your local Shop Rite made by Tempo
Yep, Tempo makes a great sloppy joe mix also - definitely recommend their products.
