OT: More hostile workplace trouble for RU Athletics

IMO, weak, unfair reporting. Exaggerated problem. De-emphasized school's rapid response to deal responsibly with any problem and foster good management practices. Cruel publicity for a named manager who, after careful investigation, was not found guilty of anything much at all.

to quote: "Although Rutgers senior vice president for external affairs Peter McDonough said both formal complaints were “found to be meritless,” the six sources interviewed by NJ Advance Media claimed the university has allowed Szul to stay in his powerful role despite ongoing inappropriate conduct with his staff."

Just because people make a claim that doesn't mean he's quilty. Maybe he threw the papers. Maybe that just makes him a jerk boss.

OK, just complain and fire the dude because he's a jerk. But stop making this stuff into something it may not be because it is so easy to play that card.

Why did RU spend $15k? Becasue every company would do the same thing and make every manager attend a course cause the lawyers said so.
