OT: More hostile workplace trouble for RU Athletics

Disappointed to read this story on NJ.com...I thought the culture of rough and tumble good-ol-boy-ism in the athletics program was changing.

IMO, weak, unfair reporting. Exaggerated problem. De-emphasized school's rapid response to deal responsibly with any problem and foster good management practices. Cruel publicity for a named manager who, after careful investigation, was not found guilty of anything much at all.

I dont see the issue, sounds like RU investigated this and found nothing and then the loser disgruntled workers are whining to the press

Just because people make a claim that doesn't mean he's quilty. Maybe he threw the papers. Maybe that just makes him a jerk boss.

OK, just complain and fire the dude because he's a jerk. But stop making this stuff into something it may not be because it is so easy to play that card.

Why did RU spend $15k? Becasue every company would do the same thing and make every manager attend a course cause the lawyers said so.
