This isn't as much of a feel good story as it is about the potential arrival that RU may eventually look forward to in the future.
Purdue at Northwestern is a national TV game in a 4PM timeslot....NW is about to go through a renovation of their arena over the next 18 months, so they are playing their last home game today before the renovation.
The game is sold out, after their miracle 1.7 second finish to beat Michigan the other night and I would imagine, they have a chance to sell perhaps another recruit or two in the next 2 years that they can continue the momentum they have.
I don't even think the game result matters today for NW, but you have Jim Nantz, Tracy Wolfson and Bill Raftery calling your game....I know RU can carve a similar path in the next couple of years and very confident our time is coming very very soon.
Going to enjoy watching this game and the B1G has been the blessing beyond anyone's expectations for RU......This is going to get done at RU, there will be a lot of bumps along the way, but going to enjoy the process more than the results.
