I would say everyone of us is familiar with his face and voice either from our lives or depending on your age the lives of your children or even grandchildren. Bob McGrath was an original cast member and resident of "Sesame Street" for 47 years. He was on the show from it's inception until his retirement about 5 years ago. He passed away at age 90.
